Frequently Asked Questions. What is included when I purchase a Guesture? Your Guesture comes to you fully framed and includes: frame, matte(s), personalized inscription, glass (plexiglass with wood frames), backing, and hanging hardware. How long will it take to receive my Guesture? Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. My wedding is less than 2 weeks away. Can I receive it quicker? Absolutely! We can meet most any deadline. Please call us for options and pricing (1-888-483-7887) Do I send you my picture? Please don’t. We prepare your Guesture and include instructions to make mounting your picture easy. What do I take to the wedding? Two options: 1) Take just the mattes 2) Take the glass out and put the mattes back in the frame so your guests can see how the final product will look.   Do I need an easel at the wedding? An easel isn’t necessary. We have found that guests find it more natural to sign on a horizontal surface like a table. If you do want to use an easel, make sure it is sturdy. Guests find it difficult to sign on a wobbly easel. How will my guests know where to sign? We recommend having some family and wedding party sign it before the wedding. This gives you a chance to set the trend and your guests will follow naturally. What if I’m not happy with my Guesture when I receive it? Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Period. We are able to resolve most any issue for our customers but if you just aren’t happy with your Guesture, we will gladly refund all of your money.
