Cancellation Policy

This is a legal binding agreement between two parties. Retainer fee is 50 percent of service unless stated otherwise. Balance in full is required 30 days prior to event. Cancellation or failure to pay will results in loss of retainer. The client agrees to pay 50 dollars returned item fee for all returned items. Clients will be responsible for any damage to photo booth equipment caused by client and/or client’s guests. Photo booth requires 8 X 6 ft space and power supply. Guestures reserves the right to post any pictures on our web gallery/website. Guestures agrees to provide all services listed in the contract.
